1. Who We Are

2. Booking and Payment

All tours must be booked in advance.
Payment is required at the time of booking.
Bookings must be made by individuals aged 18 or over.
By booking a tour, you confirm that all details provided are accurate.

3. Cancellation and Amendments

All bookings are non-refundable.
We do offer free rescheduling to another available date or time with at least 24 hours’ notice.
To request a change, please email hello@VICtours.co.uk with your booking details.

4. Tour Participation

Participants must arrive on time. We are not responsible for missed tours due to late arrival.
Tours take place outdoors and in all weather conditions unless otherwise stated. Please dress appropriately.
VICtours reserves the right to cancel a tour for safety reasons or unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, you will be offered a rescheduled tour or a full refund.

5. Liability

VICtours is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property that may occur during the tour, except where caused by our negligence.
Participants join tours at their own risk.

6. Website Use

All content on our website, including images, text, and branding, is the property of VICtours and must not be copied or reused without written permission.

8. Governing Law
